I came in today to get a last meal for my dog as we are having to put her down due to health issues she is having. The manager heard and PAID for our entire meal. I did not catch his name as I was trying not to bawl like a baby. But this was the sweetest thing ever and I want the company to know this guy is a gem. He could have paid for her burger or thrown a treat for her or just said sorry. Thank you so much! Grover loved every bite.
9/27/26 10:27 A.M. I don’t need to hear the manager berating employees. Do that out of earshot of customers. I also wouldn’t work for someone who talks to their employees like that. Leadership is much more effective with positive reinforcement/constructive criticism. If you’re irritated by your leadership role, get a different job. -20 years experience in leadership here.
