charged for an item we didn't recieve when asked to correct very apologetic but brought back the same ticket with same missing item.
I don't know who needs to hear this buy when you order 50 dollars worth of food through the drive-thru, maybe someone should give you more than one ketchup packet. With the rising cost of even bothering to go out to eat, it is a shame that you can't get condiments with your food. Worse than that, they then want to charge you for said condiments.
