The meats are amazing, especially the burnt ends. I could go on and on about the meats but not the rest. First, they somewhat pressure you to tip after you wait in line to order and don’t give you even a paper plate to eat off of. You have to rip off a piece of paper near the drink station to eat off of. Secondly, there are very few sides, beans and chips mostly. Best brisket in Springfield. Excellent service everyone very friendly. Restrooms spotless. Sauces served in individual serving containers, no bottles sitting around on tables. The best bbq restaurant in Springfield.

I had the jalapeño corn and the brisket sandwich. It was THE BEST lunch that I've had in a long time. It smells great, it tastes great, it looks great, it's great. And BTW, it's Clean!
