Staff took 10min to get 2 people through a line my 80 year old grandma could work the line faster.
Went to pick up online order, apparently they had a catering order and were out of the stuff to make a bowl and couldn't make it. Asked about a refund and they said to call customer service. There is no working number to call customer service... Charged for nothing.
Been multiple times now at this location and the tables are always dirty and so is the food counter..I mean the glass barrier there looks like i got last time cleaned in 2020
