I wrote a negative review of the other place and it’s only fair this one deserves the praise.The people here didn’t know it but they helped make my experience waaaay better than the one on East Saint Louis. They were kind, fast, attentive, and just all around wonderful. The food even tastes way better at this location.Plus everything was stocked and they even had straws! Will be going to this location from now on. Thank you for being wonderful!

Dining area had not been cleaned in quite some time. Most tables were empty but all were very messy. Service was fast and friendly, but better to get it to go or bring some cleaning supplies.

Don't waste your money and find somewhere else to eat. I was treated like a degenerate because I couldn't hear the server who was mumbling. I was yelled at and was humiliated . The server actually used his hands rather than the spoon to fling more rice into my bowl at my request: it was an absolute nightmare of an experience and I cannot believe I wasted $17 to be treated so badly. I understand it was lunch and I know things get busy and I'm a very patient person. I wasn't rude to them at all and was very understanding that they were overwhelmed but there was no reason to treat me this way I want my money back. I left a review on Chipotle's website with the link given but I don't think it'll get anywhere. I just want my money back. my food look like it have been stomped on

Food was excellent even though they ran out of guacamole.They need to have a crew come in midday and to more prepping for the night so they won't run out of half the menu.I'll definitely eat there more.

Rudest service ever. Forgot part of my order then decided to stand there and try and argue with me about it. I had the whole order pulled up on my phone for proof. Placed order around 6:30 got there at 7 order wasn’t ready till about 8:15pm. Absolutely ridiculous. I still never got my chips and guacamole

I went to this Chipotle on 04/05/2024 around 6:10-6:20pm and received excellent service. I am gluten free and the gentleman was extra cautious for me. He used separate silverware and used fresh guac and lettuce in case of cross contamination. I am not sure of his name but this is the first time coming to this location and receiving this service. I’m very impressed.

I love Chipotle, but this has got to be the worst run location I've visited. CONSTANTLY running out of basic items like cheese and guacamole even outside of rush hours on weekdays. Place is always a mess, too. I don't know if management can't be bothered to keep their ingredients in stock or if the turnover is so high that they can't keep enough people on staff to keep the place running. Either way, if the food wasn't so good, the place would shut down in a heartbeat.

Twice in recent history I’ve walked out of this Chipotle because they were out of vegetables. It’d be faster for me to walk across the street to Walmart and cook my own bell peppers than to wait and order here. Vegetarians, don’t waste your time!
Out of everything. All tables dirty. 6 people behind the counter and garbage cans are overflowing. How do you not have salsa or shredded cheese? Worst one yet.

Worst burrito ever WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY LOCATION. I asked for a grilled burrito which was mush, was hoping to salvage the inside after scrapping it from soggy (grilled) shell not happening. Very upset ? and will make sure everyone's knows. I did try to eat the food to begin with but it was nothing but a mouth full of sour scream, honestly at this point taco bell can do better. They also told me they had no chips(tortilla)

This location needs to FIRE their manager, I have been here 3x in the past week and EVERY time they are out of 75% of what is in their menu. The lady literally yelled at everyone walking in we have no tortillas so we cannot make you burritos. Uh isn’t 90% of your business selling burritos? Get a competent manager who knows how to manage product or just close your doors!!!!! Ridiculous!
