Panera Bread in Springfield

“I don’t normally write reviews, but this Panera location has tremendous customer service. I had ordered my meal to the wrong location (over an hour away) and Sean and Emily were so kind and remade my meal for me so fast when I was short for time. Will be coming back here over and over. I highly recommend this location, good food and amazing management.“

“I always enjoy this place. Bright and airy and clean. Service is always excellent. They've changed their bagel recipe! Why? Not crazy about it. Too light. Tastes like bread. I'll still be back. I just will miss their bagels. They were so good!“

“Bagels and coffee are so good! I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't any "cinnamon crunch" on my cinnamon crunch bagel l, usually there is a good amount. I also got the iced caramel latte, iced Madagascar vanilla latte, and cinnamon raisin bagel, all were very good!“

Mama Bear Lennox grabbed our clan Panera on N. Kansas Expwy. by The Library Station, & it was such a bright, welcoming experience. We did the Mix & Match with the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad & the Toasted Italiano, & everything was fresh, vibrant, & exactly what our bodies needed. The children happily shared the sandwich, bread, & even some of the chicken from Mama Bear’s salad, while she got to enjoy the Dragon Fruit Sunrise Refresher; which felt perfectly fitting for a DragonApproved outing! I even enjoyed a few tiny salad bites myself! The staff was wonderful, kind, & patient, & one sweet lady even thanked Mama Bear for her patience. The flavors were immaculate, the atmosphere was warm, & this meal felt like a little sunshine blessing. Highly recommend!“
