Pizza Hut in Springfield

“We purchased 2 pizzas to go. Both were absolutely delicious, lots of toppings, the crust was the new hand tossed and it was a hit. Service was excellent. We had not eaten Pizza Hut pizza in a while. Reviews weren't good, but we were hungry for pizza, so we gave it a try. We will be eating Pizza Hut pizza again very soon.“

“Placed an order for takeout, order was ready on time and Christopher up front took great care of me. Pizza was hot and fresh out of the oven, and was actually cut evenly; it feels like most places are trying to just go as fast as possible and pump out pizza but this place really cares and makes a good pie.“

“It was about few weeks ago and we had ordered pizza to be delivered it was out sourced to DoorDash to deliver the order. The order from DoorDash showed they had delivered it called them and explained what had happened they tried to get a hold of dasher not able to, so they remade the order and the manger herself delivered it to me with no charge. It’s rare that a manger/supervisor anywhere in my experience steps up to do something like this. It was greatly appreciated she didn’t know how much that meant but greatly appreciated with the last few weeks I had been having. Thank you again so much I wish I could remember the mangers name she was amazing.“

“This is a very small walk-in/ delivery location in the back corner of an L shaped strip mall, which was hard to find. I am sure locals have no problem knowing where it is. The clerk was very pleasant and the pizza was perfect.

Parking: There are 3 parking spots in front.“

“Everything was good besides I wish it was a actual pizza hut driver... Since they took the drivers out they got door dash doing it the first driver never showed with my pizza the second driver did after I called but he didn't have a pizza bag or carrying it the right way the toppings were off he was very unprofessional as a driver he was vaping while dropping the pizza off... I don't mind about vaping but not while dropping the food off.. Pizza Hut bring back delivery 🚚“

“The app accidentally placed 2 orders. So to my surprise, delivery guy brought double my order. An all you can eat buffet for just the two of us! So much food. They were so great about the mistake and reimbursed me for one order. The food was great!!!!“
