“THIS STORE ROCKS!!!!!! WOW.......KUDOS and shoutouts to this location. What a great location to go to......if I am having a bad day I can count on great service........kind words ...and smiles all around. Andrea is the best always giving her team the best coaching ever......and cheering them on .....during good and bad. Coming from someone that has spent their entire career in a corporate sales and or branding position ......owning my own business.....you notice every little detail. So when I walk into this location......and let me tell you I have travelled the globe and been in a lot of STARBUXXXX.......and as I started..GREAT TEAM........GREAT LEADER,.......and THIS ROCKS!!!!!“

“I was running a little late for work this morning and I’ve been having memory issues due to some medical stuff and I believe the managers name is Sara? She has dark hair now but it used to be blonde, she is amazing! She always takes the time to interact with me and I don’t feel just like another face to her, my drink was out of stock at the location and she gave me a drink card to use in the future, I’ve never had anything like that happen and she handled it so well, thank you for making my morning with your kindness💓“
“It’s inside a Price Cutter in north Springfield so the outside isn’t the most eye catching place but to my surprise the environment inside was extremely tame and tidy! It just made the experience all that much more enjoyable. My food and beverage felt like it was prepared with much care. Honestly, just don’t judge a book by its cover.“

“I have only visited this place once so I'm by far not a regular. The staff were friendly but I was quite disappointed that they didn't use the star rewards. I found out it's because the Starbucks is through the store and that's why. Which makes sense. Now, I am not sure but they could have changed that since I've been. This was the only issue I had, with that said... Enjoy the coffee folks!“

“Gale served me and was friendly and helpful. I wanted something special and asked questions. He was thorough with answers and offered suggestions to make it even better. He wasn’t rushing me in the least. When I figured it out, he made the drink quickly and thoroughly, and it was the best, most well-crafted drink I’ve had at a Starbucks ANYWHERE.“
“I followed Google to what I thought would be a regular Starbucks. At first I was disappointed that it was in Price Cutter, but I am glad we stayed. They still have seating, and it wasn't as crazy busy as regular Starbucks can be.Service was great.“
“Even though this location does not have a drive-thru, it is still my favorite Starbucks to visit! Evan is hands down the best barista! You can tell he has a love for all things coffee and is very knowledgeable about what he does. I hope you're lucky enough to meet him when you visit!“
“Pretty location within the basement of Plaster Student Union. My first fall semester at Missouri State University, I tried the Cordusio, which was new, but only temporary, to the menu, and I really liked it. It was named after Piazza Cordusio in Milan, Italy, where Starbucks had just opened a new store.And my first fall semester as a Missouri State Bear, I used to go here every Tuesday during my lunch break, between my lab section of Digital Film & Media Production and Intro to Film. It was one of my favorite parts of that semester, along with those classes.“

“We love Starbucks coffee and always drink it when we travel. Whole my husband was in the drive through line, I went inside and asked for a cup of ice to put on my injured foot. I forgot it earlier in the day. They were so gracious to help. Everyone was friendly, while they were very busy! Great place.“
“Everytime I go to HyVee I look for Cassie! She’s the best barista I’ve had since shopping here! Always super positive and I don’t buy coffee often so when I do I take a while sometimes, she’s always very patient and informative! She’s my go to girl! And she deserves some recognition!
Also highly recommend a Dirty (blonde espresso) Iced Cherry Chai with you won’t regret it!“
“We had a disappointing experience at another Starbucks location in town because our drinks tasted off. Instead of going back there, I called this location because I was nervous about getting the same result again. Kari answered and, without hesitation, said, “Come on in, we’ll fix it.”
When we arrived, she was incredibly courteous, kind, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. They remade our drinks, and they tasted perfect. It completely turned our day around.
Customer service like that really stands out. Kari treated us with kindness and made us feel taken care of instead of like we were inconveniencing anyone. Huge thank you to her and the team for making things right!“

“Usually, I order the Pike Place coffee at any Starbucks while traveling, but this location recommended a new drink called (1971), and I’m hooked! The staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is amazing. I’ll be coming back here for the next two weeks!“
“Good location to have. Very handy. Fairly fast. Got my order right. Did not have to wait too long. The pink drink tasted great. Just how I like it. Had 3 or 5 tables to sit at. The prices seemed slighty higher than other starbucks. Otherwise a good experience.“
“Im doordashing and came in to pick up an order. The store is EXTREMELY busy and they are down to one espresso machine at the moment. Ms. Addison has taken charge of the situation and is doing an AMAZING job at delegating both customers and crew. She is absolutely amazing and should be acknowledged for her ability tk take charge and stay calm. Good job Addison“
