Starbucks in Branson

“We stopped for our Chai Tea Lattes, travelling from Kentucky to Texas. The manager, Ashley, came to our aid when our cell service failed...as did our GPS. She printed us a map and we got back home safe and sound. She went above and beyond for two older folks and we are so very grateful. Great store and great Chai Tea Lattes!!!“

“My husband and I were pleasantly surprised to see that our drinks had Bible verses on them. It truly made our morning brighter. We went back to this location multiple times specifically because of the Bible verses. The workers were all so friendly and smiles. I’ve never felt so welcome in a Starbucks before.“

“The baristas got my order done very quickly, and the coffee tasted great. Reading all these other reviews, one would think the baristas are unprofessional and don't know what they're doing, but I come in nearly every other day and have had no problems. If you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you, too.“

“My mom and I were doing some shopping at Target and on the way out my mom decided to grab a cup of coffee. My mother is a picky coffee drinker and has been disappointed by Starbucks coffee in the past, but Andrew and Audrey made sure that this time was different! Not only did Audrey take the time to brew fresh coffee in their medium and dark roast options, but Andrew took the time to explain the bean process to myself and my mother. Originally she had ordered a large cup of their medium roast, which she was not happy with. My mother explained what sort of flavor she was looking for and how she doesn't want it to taste burnt. Andrew proceded to have my mom smell different beans available and explained the process of getting a cup from one of the many options of beans. He then had her taste a small cup of blonde roast which is what she ended up getting a large cup of. The only disappointing thing of the entire venture was how that location no longer has seating or tables which I found to be strange but maybe they don't plan on keeping the location or are going to do a renovation. Other than that the experience was awesome and our baristas couldn't have been better!“

“Best home cooking we have had in Branson just like grandma's. Signature Chicken, Dumplins and rolls were great. Service was excellent as was the view. Live easy listening music from " Mr. Smooth" was a great addition for all those retired and Vet's out there.“

“Came through the drive thru with my dog and the barista went out of her way to make my dog happy. My dog was over the top excited to get her puppaccino so the barista went ahead and gave it to her before my Frappuccino was finished. She complimented me on my bag and made me feel special. My dog and I will definitely be back.“
