Drive through was quick and clean. Sebby (Sebastian) was kind, thoughtful, and pleasant. He noticed my younger daughter was in car and asked if I wanted her hot chocolate "kid temp", as I forgot to ask. She said he aced the hot chocolate, as well as my pistachio latte. Thanks Sebby and Starbucks!
I made the mistake of going to this starbucks during the Christmas holidays (I get Branson is packed full of tourists/shoppers during this time). They were understaffed, the lobby was dirty with empty cups on all of the tables, even spills on the floor that haven't been cleaned up. The staff that was working would stop and check their phones between orders or during the process of making the drinks for customers which was super frustrating. This Starbucks has some of the most amazing, hard-working, passionate and kind baristas I have ever had the privilege of knowing. They know how to navigate huge rushes and crowds with ease, all while producing a quality product. This store served as my third place for a long time & I hope others find the same comfort here. For these reasons I highly recommend the Starbucks on Sycamore & Main St :)
