Very poor customer service with Carlos today. Asked for a refund because I’d waited so long for an ice water with strawberries in it. Asking for a refund apparently set Carlos off. That level of anger toward a customer is not normal and is scary. Please do better. As a local, the location up on 76 & Forsythe is so much better.

I waited 45 minutes without getting my order. There was one poor girl handling all the drinks while the manager never stopped to help her catch up. He'd take orders and then wander around. I finally got a refund and left.

This Starbucks has some of the most amazing, hard-working, passionate and kind baristas I have ever had the privilege of knowing. They know how to navigate huge rushes and crowds with ease, all while producing a quality product. This store served as my third place for a long time & I hope others find the same comfort here. For these reasons I highly recommend the Starbucks on Sycamore & Main St :)

I went in the evening and had fast and friendly service. My coffee drink I got almost right away and waited abit till they warmed up my danish. It was delicious.

Absolutely horrible, they took our order and lied that they never took our order. The two men there were completely incompetent and are actually closing the store early from what they said. They took 30-40 minutes of us waiting in the drive through just to get to the window and say they never took our order. Good to know Starbucks is now hiring lying lazy idiots to make drinks.

So I spent literally over 45 minutes to rectify a simple coffee order. Called spoke with the floor supervisor who is either handicapped to not be able to make a decision or the company is just not allowed to fix a simple problem of a simple air. Order a black coffee with milk and three Splenda, $2.95. I left a dollar tip because I was impressed that they actually put the Splenda in my coffee. Normally they just hand that and let me do it myself to get in my car to find out I’ve just got black coffee, no milk no Splenda Call floor said can you please credit my account I don’t have the ability to turn around. I’m on the meeting. No there’s fix our error. Jay told me I have called 800 number which they then had to create an account for me because I don’t apparently have a Starbucks account in order for them to actually give me wait for it five dollars. I assure you I will never use Starbucks again nor will my wife

Drive through was quick and clean. Sebby (Sebastian) was kind, thoughtful, and pleasant. He noticed my younger daughter was in car and asked if I wanted her hot chocolate "kid temp", as I forgot to ask. She said he aced the hot chocolate, as well as my pistachio latte. Thanks Sebby and Starbucks!

I work for DoorDash and had the unfortunate experience of accepting a dash from this Starbucks location. I went in to find my order and didn’t see it so I asked if they had the order for and was told “No we haven’t started it yet”. I was fine with it, it was only 2 drinks, I didn’t think it would take that long. So after I’m standing there waiting for 10-15 minutes they start telling everybody that walks in the door that there will be a 30 minute wait from the time they place their order. Several people turned around and walked out. At the end of the day, it took them 48 minutes to get my 2 drinks and I was only able to be on DoorDash for a 1 hour time slot that day. After delivering the drinks, DoorDash ended my dash, and that was the only order I was able to take. I will never accept an order from this location again or recommend that others that I know Dash do either. And the way they were telling people about the 30 minute wait was very rude to. I don’t know the guys name but he was a little heavier set, middle aged, balding guy with glasses. He has no customer service skills whatsoever. I wouldn’t be surprised if some other folks made reviews about their experience that day. It was completely ridiculous and no reason for it. They were only handling drive thru orders. Never again will I step foot in that establishment.
