“Worst store for customer service in the area unfortunately its my closest store. The store manager (Kat) doesn't care at all, which trickles down to the employees, not caring or acting rude. like today, for example, ordered a venti, got a grande asked for the bigger size, and she just packed ice in it. Give them ample amount of time for mobile orders sometimes its over 20 mins.“
“Benji is clearly the person RUNNING THE SHOW ?????? 10 stars for customer service. Michelle helped fix my order mix up bc of choosing the wrong location on the app. She was really wound up and kind of snappy. They seemed to be super busy I. Drive through bc they didn’t that many people in-house so I won’t hold it against her. Her high stress was so apparent I started to become frazzled myself. Anyways, if anyone is reading the is, BENJI definitely needs a raise. There was one more girl there super pleasant but I didn’t have much interaction with her bc they were dancing like graceful ballerinas getting THINGS DONE. Bravo!“
“I stopped in this spot on my way home after a terrible day at the office. I love Starbucks and travel for work all over so I have visited many stores. Grace stood out and has made this store my favorite. You can tell when someone cares about people and making sure they are taken care of. I hope Starbucks knows what a lovely person that gave in this store. Go see Grace.“
