“I’m leaving five stars because this Starbucks has always been timely and the staff are great.
But I have a complaint with Starbucks in general and this place is one of the worst examples of it.
They remodeled the interior so that the customer sitting and hang out area is cut by half. They replaced the comfortable chairs and tables with tiny tables that you can barely fit a laptop on.
As a result t’s an objectively less pleasant experience coming here. I used to come to here to work and hang out with friends all the time. I don’t think I’ll be doing that ever again.
It’s obvious starbucks has changed their model to fit a to go model and they don’t want anyone hanging around anymore. They hate their customers and can’t stand to see them enjoying themselves.

“Five stars! I went in wanting a Pink Drink but needed a caffeine-free option since I’m pregnant and have to watch my intake. The barista, Gen, was absolutely amazing. She had such a positive attitude and kindly informed me that they could make a caffeine-free version for me. I so appreciate her letting me know and taking such good care of me. Great coffee, even better service!“
“Starbucks on 71 may have just reeled in a regular they were so kind to me and were patient with me when I didn't know what I wanted and answered all my questions. The one employee who made my experience awesome was named Nathan he was kind and I loved his attitude. Thank you for making my experience“
“Very busy at 3:00 pm & not a lot of space to sit inside but luckily I met up with some friends here on a very warm winter day & we were able to sit outside in the patio area. Not a great view but it was a clean area and the coffee was good as usual.“
