They make better caramel ribbon crunch & caramel macchiato here than the other Starbucks near academy sport
It’s a standard Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and the lines tend to move pretty quick. This is my favourite Starbucks location in Fort Smith
Seriously, if I could give a higher than 5 star review I absolutely would. Went here on my daughter's 8th birthday while taking her out and they made her feel so special. At one point she accidentally dropped her cake pop and they saw it and without even being asked they came up and gave her another one. Probably the best Starbucks experience I have ever had. Starbucks is a beloved destination that goes above and beyond to make customers feel special. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, as demonstrated by a staff member's kindness in replacing a dropped cake pop on a young girl's birthday. However, the seating arrangement is a mixed bag, with some finding the chairs to be extremely uncomfortable and possibly even designed to be unwelcoming. Despite this, the drinks are fine, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.
