Worst store for customer service in the area unfortunately its my closest store. The store manager (Kat) doesn't care at all, which trickles down to the employees, not caring or acting rude. like today, for example, ordered a venti, got a grande asked for the bigger size, and she just packed ice in it. Give them ample amount of time for mobile orders sometimes its over 20 mins.
Not my usual location. The service was great and much appreciated. They had a long line at the drive through but seemed to get through it all in good order. I was greated with a smile when I got to the window. Nice place.
