Worst service when I went through the drive thru.I asked for a grande hot chocolate. Left the drive thru with a Mocha hot chocolate.Drove back thru let them know the drink was wrong and the man working the drive thru was pissy. They remade the drink after clarifying twice what I wanted. Drove out and realized now the drink is a White hot chocolate.I drink the same drink every morning. I drive back thru and let them know it’s white hot chocolate and he tells me it’s not. I say it is and ask for money back.I proceeded to go around the store open the cup and dump it and it’s pure white.He aaa ride the barrister clearly can’t follow directions and they made me feel like I was a problem.There are too many other Starbucks in area to go to. I won’t be back

I was in DT ordered a Vanilla Cold Brew with sweet foam.. I was told that their CB machine broke that morning but that they could make the drink I ordered as an iced coffee. I said ok. I get to the Windiw and they hand me an ice coffee with no sweet foam.. she said that’s not what I ordered.. I then repeated what I ordered and what she says she could do. Then the manager came over and said we could put the sweet foam on the side.. I’m like.. I’m driving how am I supposed to enjoy this drink with the sweet foam on the side. Then he says we’ll have to charge you for the sweet foam.Arrrgghhh. Really .. for foam I can’t drink with my coffee. I ached for a refund. Waste of time. Next time I’ll go to 7Brew where they know how to take care of guests

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I have ordered from here via the mobile app at different times and there is always a long wait.

I love Starbucks, but this store gives me a headache. It is the closest store to me and right between my home and work. I have been here maybe 10x over the last 2 years and would go more, but every time I come to this store, they are OUT of everything. I have been to this store at times when there has been a handwritten sheet of paper listing 15+ things they are out of, taped to the drive-thru microphone. I get when the pandemic had us waiting for stuff, but this is just poor product stock management. Today, I ordered an Iced White Chocolate Mocha, out of the flavoring. I picked something else, then went to order egg bites….you guessed it…OUT. The individual at the window was nice, so that’s a plus, but it’s just out of hand with the products. I would like to know this is being looked into, because I enjoy Starbucks, but 7Brew is right around the corner, and has everything, Every. SINGLE. time.

Every time I'm here, if it's a "custom" order, it's messed up. Not only that, the line is always insanely long. Wait time is usually 10-15 minutes and you cannot get out of the line since there is shrubbery blocking you in. Go elsewhere for drinks. It's most definitely cheaper as well.
Worst store for customer service in the area unfortunately its my closest store. The store manager (Kat) doesn't care at all, which trickles down to the employees, not caring or acting rude. like today, for example, ordered a venti, got a grande asked for the bigger size, and she just packed ice in it. Give them ample amount of time for mobile orders sometimes its over 20 mins.
