Subway in Springfield

“This place is better than any Subway in the Springfield and Ozark area. The staff here are very pleasant. The atmosphere is delightful; they always greet you with a smile and treat you with politeness and courtesy. They never look down on you—even if you come in using a coupon—and they remain consistently polite, friendly, and good-natured, regardless of whether or not you leave a tip.“

“I have been to so many subways over the years, but never, ever has a sandwich looked as breathtakingly beautiful as it did at this spot. Every other location should strive to be more like here. Our incredible sandwich artists, Joel and Makaila, truly went above and beyond—his skill and passion made all the difference. From now on, I won't settle for anything less; this will be the only Subway I’ll be visiting.“

“Elijah was so very nice to my son and I. It was almost closing time and everything was cleaned up and ready to be shut down. I apologized to him for coming in so close to closing time. He reassured me it was no big deal and we were welcome there. He let us sample different sauces, told us what his favorite sandwich was and so on. Its not everyday you find someone who seems to genuinely enjoy what they do, especially this time of year. Job well done young man :)“

“We stopped into this subway for lunch between doctors appointments. It was very busy but one of the two employees working, Emily, provided incredible speed and service. She was clearly doing her shift with a newer or just slower employee and gracefully picked up the slack. We got through the line very quickly, which wouldn't have been possible without Emily's effort and dedication to giving every customer there a good experience. She made our order, and every other order we watched her take, perfectly and efficiently. She never missed a beat -- we were very impressed!“

“My order was expected at a certain time, but I arrived early and waited patiently. Shannon saw my order and started working on it immediately after clearing a rather long line. Her team was super busy, but still managed to clear a busy dining area and have my meal ready shortly before I was expected to show up! The best part was that it was made exactly as I had asked. “The kid with the snake piercing was so kind and let me know that he closed soon but that I came just in time and he’s still make my sandwhiches. And even took my coupon that another store wouldn’t take. And when I told him he asked me which store it was I told him and he informed me that, that store IS REQUIRED TO TAKE THEM!!!! There the two that send them out. So I will be calling the other stores manager tomorrow morning and informing them off their employee but tonight he saved the day. He saved me from starving while on my period. He was so kind even while I was still angry from the other subways lying employee. He deserves a raise for having to deal with us women on our periods that are staving.“

I put the order in later than I usually would, they called when there was an availability issue so we could make new choices on my husband's sandwich. “I realized when ordering, the same order price varied between a few cents to almost a dollar in difference. It was based mostly by location to myself at the time and probably the general traffic for each store during that time. Sandwich was great and the employee was very friendly. No issues. Thanks! 😀👍“
