Today was our first time eating at Rice & Dumplings. We had both pork with mushroom and pork with cabbage dumplings. They were amazing! The service was great and the restaurant is really beautiful. We will definitely add this to a favorite place to eat and return often.
We stopped in and got a rice bowl with velvet Chicken in shiitake mushrooms. Was really disappointed by the tiny amount of mushrooms and chicken over the rice. The bowl itself was delicious but not enough for the price IMO.The servers were very kind but seemed to really uncomfortable. They are definitely told to peddle certain dishes and they did not seem comfortable doing it. Food was decent, and the server was nice. The food took around an hour to make, and we were one of the only people there. They said they only had 1 cook working, this would explain the time taken. If they could just be faster and have slightly larger portions, then I’d say this would be a great spot.
