New Oriental Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant where the staff is very friendly, kind, and welcoming. The guy who works the front is very friendly, and the service is authentic with genuine character. The restaurant does not have a bathroom inside and has a smaller dining area that is usually not full; it can be slightly warm inside on a hot day. The building is nondescript and easy to drive by, and it is not the easiest to enter, but it is worth it. The food always tastes fresh, and the restaurant puts a lot of meat in every dish. The fried rice is cooked correctly, and the beef fried rice has good and plenty of beef that is easy to chew. The orange chicken is very good. The Singapore mei fun is really good with a portion big enough for two meals. The egg rolls are crispy and flavorful. The tofu is delicious, and the boba is amazing. The restaurant is a great spot for a simple, authentic meal.
