“First time for Craft Sushi and will definitely be back! Loved the rice/noodle/quinoa or lettuce options for the bowls and they’re huge. Tons of fresh veg and sauce options. We tried the sushi rolls. Was skeptical about beef and apples but it totally works! The beef is AMAZING! Yum!“
“My whole family loves this restaurant, but it is my husband's absolute favourite! I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. All the flavours are absolutely delicious. The tacos, rice bowls, and miso ramen are all amazing. And it's so nice to find a place that offers Ramune soda. Our 3yr old loves the Snowy Mountain Chicken rice bowl; he won't stop gushing about it. And the decor is absolutely delightful. We all enjoy the anime art, too. (I humbly ask that they consider offering Ramune floats! Because that would be awesome!)Kid-friendliness: Kids seem to be very welcome. Our 3yr old absolutely loves the food, decor, and music.“
“This place has become a staple for eating out. The menu selection is excellent (with traditional American Chinese dishes, stir fry, apps, even sushi, and more), the food is always prepared fresh, and the prices are very reasonable and affordable. Probably my favorite thing is the free soup offered to all who dine-in. It’s so wonderful. The owner is a humble man worthy of your business.“
“Came in to try Kai for my husband’s birthday. The sushi was delicious (I recommend the Star Wars), and our server Jana took such great care of us. She was so fun and kind, and went out of her way to answer every question we had about the menu. Even with food allergies, Jana made sure my husband had plenty of options to choose from. She made our night. We will be coming back just to see her!“
“My husband and I were so very excited to find an authentic Japanese restaurant upon moving to Springfield! The food, service, and atmosphere are wonderful, the portions are generous, and the price is very reasonable. As others have mentioned, it is a smaller, older building, but we really love the cozy, authentic feel. This is one of our absolute favourite restaurants in Springfield, and my go-to for comfort food!Kid-friendliness: We have a bit of a rambunctious 3-year-old, and everyone at the restaurant is very kind and understanding. We usually share our very generous entrees with our kiddo, and we still usually take extras home. Last time we visited, our server even made a pair of children's chopsticks for our little guy; it was very kind and thoughtful.“
“I love the food here. The service has always been quick and easy too. It's been awhile since I last ate here, but I left a poor review on their newer buffet restaurant and felt I should give the original location some praise. It's a night and day difference. Just go here for good food, but go to the buffet only if you don't care and need to eat a ton. Thanks and good work.“
“Stopped in one day for a late lunch with my husband and everything about the experience was top notch. The building has plenty of room and is clean and welcoming with very pretty and fun decor. The staff is super helpful, friendly and inviting and willing to answer questions and make suggestions. I had spring rolls and a medium Hawaiian tofu and my husband had gyoza and a medium hot and spicy chicken, we each chose steamed rice. The portions were fantastic and we were glad we ordered smalls as it was more than enough food for each of us especially with appetizers. We shared a soda as I don't drink much more than water and it was great too, perfectly balanced and refreshing. We were very impressed and loved our food and we'd highly recommend them. My husband follows a regular diet and I'm a vegetarian and there are so many options for both. If you're a vegetarian in this area you know it can be hard to find more than a dish or two at any given place but here you'll have several great options. We're looking forward to trying new dishes very soon. This is how a business and restaurant should be run and you won't be let down going there! We have come back again and again!Vegetarian options: Plenty of dishes for vegetarians including stir fried vegetables, several tofu dishes, steamed rice, noodles, spring rolls, edamame and bowls“
“The food tasted delicious. There is a large selection of flavored oils. The grill is constantly cleaned between each bowl cooked. The wait staff was very pleasant. Additionally, the eating room is exceptionally clean. Moreover, customers can also enjoy the wet bar before dinning.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options also include vegetable oils for the grill.“
“So I'm from Chicago originally and I cannot tell you how many Asian restaurants this place reminds me of. Kids in the booth, waiting on Mom, Mom, fighting burnout, taking care of everything/one with class.Food was good, enough for two people. For sure stood by and eat here. The reminder of home is what stands out in my memory of this place.“
“Went there for the first time tonight. 7pm on a friday..no wait which was great. we had hibatchi steak & shrimp and 2 sushi rolls (Qmazing roll & Spicy crab crunch roll) they were huge!! everything was really good! the only "bad" thing was they didn't have their liquor license yet so we couldn't get saki. lol but other than that this is a great place and not super busy like every other sushi place on the weekend in spfd.“
“The food was delicious the buffet was always full, fresh, and hot. Was in there on a Saturday night at 7pm place was swamped with people but the waitress acted like we were the only ones in there very attentive. EXCELLENT!!Parking: Tight getting a parking spot only because they were busyKid-friendliness: They had high chairs or buster chairs enough to go around for everyone“
“I have visited several times and I can't praise them enough. The food is extremely pretty and it tastes absolutely divine. The service is amazing and the menu has several amazing options. Everytime I walk in, it smells amazing and I just simply can't get enough of it.“
