Always excellent food and last weekend was no exception. Our waiter (we were seated near the door) was top notch. Highly recommend this place. Up and at’em Mai Tai was great also.
Amazing food and amazing people! Will definitely be back if I’m ever in Springfield area again!

Gailey's Breakfast Cafe offers a delicious breakfast menu with generous portion sizes and friendly service. The historic building adds to the charm of the place. The eggs benedict might be slightly overcooked for some, but the whole hog omelet is a definite hit. The food was good, but not great. The Denver omelet was a healthy version, not too salty or greasy. The pancakes were just right, though not too fluffy for some. The service was nice, and the Blood Mary was good. While prices have increased over the years, the quality and service remain excellent, reminiscent of the cafe's founders. A must-visit breakfast spot in Springfield.
