“I don't think it too much to ask that an employee PUT DOWN THE PHONE when a customer comes in, or at least acknowledge said customer. Food is great! Never had a problem at this location. Your lack of service and people skills are atrocious.“
“Sometimes, it can be pretty pricy if you don't take advantage of their special deals. Recently, I ordered twice in one week the first order I chose from their deals menu ordering two large pizza's with no extras and it came to $44.22 that includes service fee, whatever that's for. I had a coupon on the box of my first order so i used the coupon when i ordered the second time it included a large 3 topping pizza, cheese bread and a dessert for $21 plus the mystery service fee it still made it $27.55 without tip. They have you select how much you want to tip when you order in which I don't like to do. The options I believe are 15%, 20% or $25%. I did select an option the first time. Personally I like to tip the driver in cash based on if my order is correct and did they deliver it within the estimated time given for delivery and if I asked for pepper's and cheese and napkins did the driver bring the requested items or does he tell you he don't have any in his vehicle or says the store didn't inform him to bring those things that's how I base my cash tip I don't select their options given anymore. A tip shouldn't be accounted for beforehand. I think it's very rude. I tip good if everything is included with my order and in a timely fashion. No problem“
“Thank you Papa Johns. Wife couldn’t get discount lo load on phone so she went inside and the man at the register took care of discount without a hassle. Got a loaded large pizza with stuffed garlic and cheese . This is the honest truth, my wife and I have ate at many of pizzas parlors in our life from coast to coast and today this pizza was perfect. Tasted extremely good and was made perfectly to our liking. This pizza was by far better than any pizza we have ate in 30 plus years. We frequently ate Papa John’s in Denver Colorado and it was a 5 star establishment also as they to delivered excellent pizzas . Glenstone Papa John has moved the bar from 5 star to a 10 without any questions. The best tasting ingredients and by far the best and I mean the best tasting pizza we have ate in 30 plus years.
