I ordered at least once a month, sometimes more. This night it was over 30 minutes longer than quoted! Love Papa Johns and was super disappointed tonight!! The manager was super apologetic and I appreciate that!!
The crust wasn't cooked all the way. And the red pepper flakes were only put on that, instead of sprinkled over the whole pizza. And there was A LOT of said red pepper flakes. Too much.

I don't think it too much to ask that an employee PUT DOWN THE PHONE when a customer comes in, or at least acknowledge said customer. Food is great! Never had a problem at this location. Your lack of service and people skills are atrocious.
