Burger King in Springfield

“Can't say enough about the late night crew at this particular Burger King food is always fresh And Timely and the crew is friendly no matter what the time or how busy they are, unlike the big yellow M down the road who takes forever for an order talk to you like a dog over the intercom and then turns off the signs because they get too busy an hour before they were supposed to close so good job Burger King especially the gentleman working the drive-thru windows.“

“Went in today to have a meal with my daughter who drives up to meet me anytime I'm in the area. This is our go to spot and has been for over 10yrs. One of the workers there gave us attitude and actually told us to leave. We called Anna the general manager and had a conversation with her. She is AMAZING and made it right. We highly recommend this store and are so thrilled with the way the general management handled the situation. Will recommend to anyone and everyone and we will keep making our stops there as normal.“

“We chose this Burger King because it's amazing reviews of the play place and the reviews were true. The play place was huge, well kept and did not have the usual play smell, which I appreciated. I wanted to give a shout out to one particular employee named Dakota who really made the whole experience. Every single child that came in he made sure they had a crown. He was constantly busy if he wasn't taking orders, was refilling things, if he wasn't refilling things, he was cleaning. While we were there, I saw him two different times come in and clean tables in the play place as people were leaving. I saw him greet customers. Ask if everything was okay. Ask if they needed anything else. He was doing a super wonderful job and was great with all the customers and the kids and his co-workers.“

“This is hands down one of my favorite joints to hit. And it is mainly because of the staff. If I had to choose an A team as a business owner? It's everyone employed here. Food is good, too. But id swallow razors if they sold them. The staff is genuinely awesome 👌“

“this burger king rules! every time i come here my order is 100% right i don’t even feel the need to check the bag i just drive home! im writing this review though due to the behavior of someone i’m assuming is management, due to the fact that they were the only one in a green shirt and everyone else was wearing black. this person was SO MEAN! not to me personally but to the people they were delegating tasks to. it’s one thing to ask someone to do something it’s another to yell it in their face. i went to college for business management so i know poor leadership when i see it. you can chill out you have good workers!! as someone who also works customer service please be nicer to them“
