Bob has the best bbq in Springfield hands down. It's hard to pick a favorite so try them all. burnt ends and spicy sausage are hard to beat though.

My sister and I went to Smokin' Bobs yesterday and had a phenomenal lunch. I ordered the burnt ends sandwich while she ordered the brisket sandwich. Both were outstanding! Not only was the food great, the service was excellent as well.The next time I am in town I will definitely be coming back to visit.

The food is unbelievable especially the pork belly burnt ends. The warm sides were all great as well, smoked corn, smoked beans, and smoked Mac and cheese. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Great prices! The only downside was the dining room is very small.
