Arby's in Springfield

“The food we ordered was tasty, fairly priced and the wait was minimal. The young lady at the drive-thru window was friendly and patient with me as I dropped my straw and then my change... I couldn't get a grip to save my life! An all around good experience with this particular Arbys.“

“I love Arby’s, but most locations are pretty mid these days (cold fries, dried roast beef, etc.) but this location was AMAZING, even during lunch rush. I only had to wait for 5ish minutes and everything was hot. SAUCE IN THE BAG TOO! They were quick, smiling, and communicating with each other very well throughout the kitchen. I definitely recommend this place on day shift“

“I ordered the same thing every time. I thought I heard the person wrong, $2 more than usual. So when I came to to the window, I asked why the price had changed. She said it's an extra .69 for a slice of cheese and .25 for onions when it wasn't 3 days ago. I get economy, but I also work in FB. I know how much things cost. .69 for a slice of cheese? Bye.“

“I love Arby’s food and was excited to get my first Arby’s since being out of the country for 6 months. What a disappointment to get back to the house after getting our Arby’s classic sandwiches and discovering no sauce was provided. What makes it especially puzzling is that it was a specific part of the discussion when ordering: we were asked if we’d like the sauce on the sandwich or on the side. We told them on the side and we had none: neither on the sandwich nor on the side. So after paying for 2 Arby’s classic sandwiches, we still haven’t had one. I mean, what’s an Arby’s roast beef sandwich without their wonderful sauce?!“
