Chick-fil-A in Springfield

“Best Chick-fil-A in town. They’re so quick, even if there’s a line down the street. The chicken sandwiches are always hot, which is perfect. It was a little busy and drive-thru was confusing but overall amazing☺“

“Best service we've had from any Chick-fil-A. Our family eats a lot of CFA when we travel because they're always consistent, clean, and have good service. We love that the high chairs are always clean for our kids and that they come with wipes and placemats. This particular location had the best service we've ever recieved. One our kids spilled a drink within the first 2 minutes of getting our food. Without even asking, an employee named Saige was there with a mop and a new drink. She continued serve us throughout our entire meal and even brought our kids toys for the long car ride home. I can't overstate how helpful Saige and the other employees were to our chaotic family as we tried to make sure all our kids were fed.“

“I love everything about Chick-fil-a! I'm convinced all employees are trained to make you smile and feel appreciated as a customer every visit. There has not been a time where I ever had a slight problem and they did not deliver great customer service. The food is always fresh and hot, tastes great! I love app as well, who doesn't like cashing in points earned from previous visits on a free reward. Sometimes Chick-fil-a gives free reward items outside of the cow game you can play and earn reward (cow game is only at certain times throughout the year).“

“This is a fantastic restaurant. The chicken biscuits for breakfasts are incredible as is they’re iced tea. They’re famous chicken sandwich for lunch and chicken strips are terrific as well. The service is top-notch. Their employees are courteous and well groomed and a pleasure to work with.“
