“As most Chick's it was definitely a long wait in the drive thru but I think that is becoming the norm. This seems to be very common at any Chick I have been to. But the food was great and the people were great as always so it's an even trade“

“I really rarely ever write reviews but i had a mistake in my order that I realized when I got home (pretty much expected at this point with fast food in Branson) and I had called the shop to get it fixed. Katie the team leader helped me out with a smile, corrected my order and offered compensation for my trouble. This is basically unheard of when it comes to fast food here. So just wanted to say thank you again especially to Katie who handled this with extreme professionalism“
