Not only was the customer service during my order fast, friendly, and professional—exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A—but what happened next truly set them apart. After I received my meal, I realized my truck wouldn’t start. Without hesitation, both Amaya and Ethan stepped in to help. They actually brought their own vehicles over and tried to assist me, showing genuine care and concern.

They were incredibly kind, patient, and willing to help a complete stranger, which says a lot about their character. While Chick-fil-A is already known for its high standard of customer service, Amaya and Ethan took it to another level.
