“I felt like I was literally taking my life into my own hands eating out with the vegetable diarrhea apocalypse going around, but when you love Jimmy John’s, sometimes you have to live dangerously! 😂
The sub was absolutely delicious, and everything was super fast. My cookie was a little hard, but the cashier actually ran out to my truck to bring me a new one! Now THAT is customer service! 👏
Great food, great service, and definitely worth risking my digestive system for! 😂 My only complaint is that I wish you guys had a location closer to home. I’d probably be there way too often! 🥪❤“

“Love Jimmy John’s, honestly because they’re fast with getting your order and getting it out and the also fact that Sandwiches are Customizable. the sandwiches either can comes as a 8” or 16”. They also do Catering. I’m a loyal customer and will always be coming back for more.“

“Id stopped eating at JJ about 8 years ago. Had several bad experiences in a row and called it. Was recently forced to go back, and was pleasantly surprised. First, staff here are great, I've been in three times, same lady at counter each time; friendly, patient, she's great. Bread has been decent each time ive been (this is what stopped me before, stale bread), and when you say 'extra' you get noticeably extra. I'll be back.“

“I was in a bind….I needed a pretty large order for a graduation party. I went to order it on the mobile app and it said they really would like to have 24 hour notice. I needed it in an hour. I called the store and without hesitation the gentleman that answered said they would take care of it. They had my food ready to walk out the door in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t catch either of the two gentlemen that were working names but they really came through in a pinch and saved the day! (My pickup was on Sunday 5/17/26). 10/10 would recommend calling if you ever find yourself in a self induced pinch because of procrastination.“
