Chipotle Mexican Grill in Springfield

“The food was honestly really good quality. I couldn't complain about that at all and really the employees were doing the best that they could with what they had. They had one guy building the burritos and doing cash register. While everybody else was doing other stuff. I'm assuming they were low on people. None of the tables were cleaned off and if they were expecting old boy who was doing burritos and cash register to do the tables that's insane. I wish I got his name cuz he deserves all the credit and he wasn't even a manager I'm pretty sure but hey food was good. I can't complain too much“

“Very nice new facility in Springfield! Of course, the food is extremely good, because its... it's literally Chipotle, guys. The people who made our food were great! We sat at a nice little long table next to the window overlooking the street (wish I had pics). Oh, this Chipotle also has a drive-thru, which is something the other two Chipotles in Springfield DON'T have. Stop by if you have a chance!“

“Went there for the buy one get one deal and lady in pink said to leave a review. What a sad, miserable, pathetic person. When we first got there the employees immediately informed us that the deal ends at 4, even if we were waiting in line. Obviously 4 rolls around and they tell us they can’t do the deal anymore ( very nice, very apologetic) so lady in pink decides to demand that they still honor the deal for everyone in line since we waited so long (entitled) (no one forced you to wait, you knew what would happen). Anyway, she threw a temper tantrum, yelled at the employees, said she didn’t get her bogo because the employees were talking (the were moving as fast as they possibly could. god forbid the minimum wage employees SPEAK while working their miserable job!!! What an atrocity!!) then demanded for the employees names and when said employee wasn’t comfortable giving her name and said she didn’t have to, calls her a liar over and over again (what is wrong with you) she continued to be a baby, yet refused to just leave the store and go somewhere else ( clearly she wanted that chipotle bad) poor employees obviously had to be nice and do what she said lest they lose their jobs. Glad you got your $10 burrito for free because you had nothing better to do. The other guy was also annoying clearly looking for any excuse to yell at service workers. Thank you to the chipotle employees for putting up with these contemptible people they were much calmer and nicer than the should have been. Pink lady, her friend, and Joe Rogan knock off, you should be ashamed of the way you treat people. It was the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever seen. Food was delicious“
