“This is a quaint little restaurant with a kitschy feel. The quiche was good and the sandwich was excellent but the salad was mainly spinach and needed some crunch. Prices are very good. I would recommend for a good lunch. I.Parking: Parking is at a premium. It is very difficult to find a parking spot. Come early to assure a spot.“
“I wish I could give this place 500 thousand stars. Everyone in the area must go here and try the food. First of all, the owner is a delight & an amazing guy. He helped us order so we didn't spend forever looking over the menu, and talked to us a lot about the food & culture. I told him I didn't like falafel, but oh my gosh... The falafel here is so good I ate all of mine! If you think you don't like falafel, just trust me when I say you should try theirs. We also had the best hummus of my life & this beautiful warm lentil soup with cumin on top that was so spiced & hearty, and super creamy & acidic grape leaves. The lamb kebab was probably the most incredible thing I ate, but the beef, chicken, & chicken shawarma were all equal. We also got guava juice & something akin to baklava, which was incredible!!! I wish I could make you go here because it's such a treat. Best dinner I've had in Springfield yet, Id say, and my boyfriend & I had a blast bcuz of the fun relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back!!“
“Best and freshest food in town by far, but the information about the hours and location on Google are usually wrong. Whenever it says it's open it's nowhere to be found, and no one picks up the phone. Very annoying, but the food is just too good to not try.“
“Really happy we tried this place! In town for a tournament and wanted a Gyro. It was really good and the service was great! The gentleman helping us took pride in how he served us and we didn’t wait long.I would eat here again and I recommend everyone else to try it!“
“Sunday afternoon employee was killing it all by himself with a great attitude and made sure I got everything I wanted despite being out of one of the ingredients in my bowl. My Gyro salad was fantastic! (Took off one star because the store wasn’t super clean but totally understandable if they’re short staffed. Employee was so nice it made up for it honestly!)“
“We loved Greek belly, after going to Greece a few summers ago we’ve been disappointed by so many Greek restaurants in the USA, but Greek belly is authentic, incredibly delicious and an amazing gem on our travels back to Michigan! We got the Greek mountain tea (tasty but a tad too sweet) build your own pita with lamb, drunken pepper sauce, spicy feta, it was amazing! My husband was also pleased and he can be hard to satisfy :-) (with food) lol“
