Just ordered from this establishment, ordered wings, they are so dry they might as well be chicken nuggets. It's honestly pathetic, as someone that's cooked professionally for 12 years, how hard is it to bake a pizza and actually sauce wings. Then called to comment only to have the manager hang up on me, Wish I caught her name, I'd blast it on here for all to see. It's disgusting what passes for customer service in the backwoods where they expect no one to care. Will be following up with head office, since I assume this is a franchise owned by someone who uses no oversight on their management. Hanging up on a customer absolutely has consequences when you're at a management level. Absolutely embarrassing for whoever owns this place. ORDER FROM ANY OTHER PIZZA HUT!

We have attempted ordering at this Pizza Hut twice recently. The first time, I attempted to order a stuffed crust pizza with roasted garlic cheesesticks. The store called 10 minutes after ordering to say they couldn't do either. I asked to cancel and it took a week to get my money back. Tonight, I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and when we picked them up and got them home they were nothing like we ordered. Tried calling and was put on hold then hung up. Tried calling again and was forwarded to a Memphis call center and have been on hold for over 40 minutes.

I think sometimes they need to pay more attention to the presentation of their food verses how fast they get it out.

I just ordered at 536pm and got a call at 623 pm from the lead. He stayed that the driver tried calling me and came to my house and no one answered. He rang the bell and knocked on the siding. So he resent him out again, 20 minutes later still nothing. So i called the shift leader and he verbally abused me and said there was nothing he can do! He said a few more choice words and hung up on me. An hour and a half still no order. I guess i’m not getting my order! Thanks Pizza Hut! I just deleted you from my phone!
