Waited close to an hour for pick up when people in line were getting food. The line went down twice and still no food.

I love Chipotle food but this by far is my worst Chipotle experience. The staff was SO SLOW! They were chit chatting to each other while 20+ people were waiting in line. A woman walked in after us & she was with the guy in front of us & she sd “wow! U haven’t moved at all”. The prep area was filthy including the area by the register.
