I came into town from Spartanburg, South Carolina to do some work with the staff and they were absolutely amazing. Everybody was extremely friendly and welcoming and they did an excellent job pulling shots and steaming milk. I’m looking forward to coming back and visiting again.
Field Notes is one of those places that gets everything right - coffee, pastries, ambience and service!
The coffee is smooth and flavorful, the pastries are excellent, and the atmosphere inside The Compton is beautiful without feeling pretentious.
The staff is warm and welcoming, and there’s plenty of space to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. A fantastic addition to downtown Bentonville and definitely worth stopping by!

Came in early on a Saturday morning. No line, no wait. Quick service. Staff was very fun and helpful. Coffee is delicious and the pastry / breakfast selection is top notch. Beautiful interior and decor. Very clean minimalist but colorful.
