I love this location but whoever worked 7/31/2025 needs to be reviewed and retrained on how much mayonnaise is too much I used 15-20 paper towels to wipe off the crazy amount of mayonnaise on my sandwich. The bread is literally soggy due to the amount of Mayo.
Again this location is almost always a 5star.

We just moved to Bentonville AR, and tried Firehouse Subs for the first time a month ago. Had the hook and ladder and my buddy had a cheese steak. Both subs were mouth-watering, full of fresh ingredients and flavor was never ending. Sine my initial visit, my wife has dined with me there once a week while out running errands. We love the food, the staff is professional and courteous and serves subs quickly, made to order, and with a smile. The dining room seating is clean and the...
