The last time we ordered it took almost 2 hours to get our pizza. Talked with the manager.
We tried again tonight, again well over an hour. I call to ask where our order is (after it said on its way and showed delivered) - they have no idea where our pizza is and tell us it will again be another 20 minutes. It is now 8:00. And bed time and everyone is staying up waiting on our dinner that should’ve been here a long time ago.

Marco's was our go to place for pizza. Something changed in their service recently. last 2 orders were missing an item and now had an item made incorrectly. when I called the store about it I was told they must have updated the app and they were going to have to charge again with a discount to get the food I ordered the way I ordered it. They lost a repeat customer today and unfortunately I can't recommend they will meet delivery expectations/experience.
