Overall I think Papa Johns has the best pizza and customer service. My family and I go there every Friday night and get the best customer service from a woman with blue hair at the front.
I forgot to order marinara sauce with my delivery order so I called immediately and asked them to add it which they happily did. Then they delivered our order and forgot the sauce. So I called and they offered to send the guy back with sauce even though we would be done eating by that time. Then the delivery guy called me to apologize and offered to bring me a 2 liter soda, but we don't drink soda so he offered $10 cash. I was a little disappointed whenever we showed up at the time of the restaurant opened and the kitchen was unable to prepare food at least a half hour later. In my opinion or whenever restaurant is set to open it should be able to ready to cook at any time after being opened and should be ready to cook all the way up until the time it closest.
