Zero stars to Matthew Management Group. If app makes an error corporate sends you to Matthews Management group, the franchisee. they won't do anything to correct the issue and basically stole money from me twice (that I reported). So glad I could work an hour to hand it over to them and not get any food or even apology. Been a month and I will still never go back to McDonald's around here owned by them.

McDonalds as a whole is on a downhill slide. The self-serve order screens need to be removed and replaced with humans. These things are always broken and never give a ticket or receipt. I would take a sledge to them but it's not worth it. Secondly they have eliminated condiments and drink fountains from the lobby. STERILIZED. Has the same atmosphere as a prison cafeteria. I avoid all McDonalds now. It took 10 minutes to get my order and all I ordered was an ice coffee. It wasn't busy or a peak time. The lobby was pretty much empty. Avoid avoid avoid.

The manager was useless and told me they "don't know" how to help me after my order got lost in their system. Left with no food (that I still paid for). Disappointed to say the least.

It's convenient for me personally. Sometimes there can be a short wait for your food depending on the time you visit. Ordered one sausage burrito with two hot salsas and they handed me a sausage biscuit and so I pulled around and told them the issue, meanwhile the car in front of me had their order messed up as well and all they wanted was a juice and coffee. 20 minutes of sitting in line later I finally get my sausage burrito with no salsa and since it was at the second drive thru window the employee who I believe was the manager immediately closed the window, so of course I had to walk inside to get salsa which also wasn’t easy bc there was no one out front. Worst experience I’ve had trying to get some breakfast before work. ALSO, the burrito looked very unappetizing

Everytime i went after 1 your system is down and you take almost 20 to 30 mins for the delivery orders. If you continue same way we will loose money and its all because of you guys.

This McDonald's has really come a long way. We don't typically eat McDonald's. Maybe once or twice a year or on road trips.Locals know it as the Nascar McDonald's. Staff is super friendly and quick service. The food is delivered Hot and Fresh.I'm sad that the thoroughfare is limited from hwy102. It might take a couple of minutes longer having to take another route but, so worth it.

We got 2 eggs, McFuffin. Today at this McDonald's near the mall at Fayetteville Arkansas, the time was close to 10:30 a.m., and the eggs were warm , folks. I like my eggs hot ?, but at least there were no eggs in eggs like the McDonald's on 412 Cimarron Turnpike had when we stopped there last week.
