Probably the kindest customer service I've received from a McDonald's in a very long time. The woman at the first window was very kind. The dude at the 2nd window was also very kind and very helpful. McDonald's is a convenient restaurant that serves hot and fresh food, even during busy times and holidays. The staff works hard to provide quick service, and the food is always hot, which is especially appreciated for coffee. The location has plenty of parking and is easily accessible from I-49. Although it can get busy, the friendly and accommodating staff ensures that customers receive their food quickly. This McDonald's has improved over time, making it a great stop for locals and travelers alike. Some customers did mention undercooked chicken in crispy chicken sandwiches, and issues with missing items in DoorDash orders. However, many find the employees honest and the service great.
