McDonald's at Regional airport road provides friendly customer service with correct orders, including happy meals. The staff is good, and the manager and staff went above and beyond, showing kindness. Melanie is noted as the best server ever, bringing food in a timely fashion and being very polite. However, there are still problems with the breakfast menu, with steak omelette orders usually coming with pancake. Orders have been a train wreck, with incomplete orders leaving customers disappointed. The restaurant's decline since the early 2000s is evident, with no soda machines in the lobby.
