Such a great place to visit for healthier options !!!! This was my first time visiting and lovely customer service and it took just a little time to get my food but otherwise it was such a good experience and the food was good!!!!

Was looking forward to trying this place out.
Went in with 3 family's 3 people each- each family ordered/paid separately.
We were only ones there
Not one person got exactly what they ordered or in a timely matter.
Biggest goof was drinks - wrong order or we had to ask them to bring them long after food delivered.
Hunt: let customer get their own drinks - except shakes (get that reason)
My hamburger bun was wet and fries...

Look, for a place with premium burger prices it better deliver. The standard bearer for premium burgers is probably Five Guys, and Five Guys is a good direct comparison to Muse because both offer burgers, hot dogs, natural cut fries, and shakes. When I came, I tried each of those except the hot dogs. Across the board, Five Guys tastes better in every regard. My Muse burger was dry and the sea salt fries could've been better. Even as far as natural cut fries go, I prefer Wendy's...
