Both my wife and I liked this restaurant. The food was good and so was the service. It checked all the boxes for the basic Italian entrees. The veal was pretty good but not the most tender I have ever had. Sauce was good too. It is a place for a good selection of all your Italian favorites but there was nothing that really jumped out of the ordinary for me.

Soup or salad come with the meal unless you takeout, then you pay $6 for the soup or salad plus a $4 per person charge just for the benefit of taking out! If you eat here, eat in!

Hard to impress me into a 5 star review but Napoli's and our server Ensar did just that! He explained the menu, gave us options and kept our drinks full and checked to see that everything was fine on several occasions without being a bother! The bread is warm and soft and tasty! Add in the garlic basil oil and WOW!!! I had the special of the day, sweet basil pesto pasta with shrimp! So good!! My wife had the Napolis special, a chicken and sausage with pasta dish. Creamy tomato sauce! Fantastic! We passed on the desserts

Sandwiches are really good with plenty of unique, affordable options. Counter ordering with a lovely dining area. Feels like you are in your mom's living room.

Had a great dinner at Napoli's tonight. First time at new location as something always came up since they changed locations. Very nice dining area, kind of upscale without being too fancy. The service was out outstanding. I forgot the waiters name, but he had great recommendations and was there when you needed something. The wife has portabella ravioli, and I had the sausage parmigiana, and both were great. Not sure why I waited so long to try out the new location. Wife much smarter.... she has been to new location before me.

We love Napoli's and it is our go to restaurant when dining out. The pasta is always delicious and the fresh brewed iced tea is fantastic. We are always seated immediately and Bella is our usual server. She is attentive and brings a smile to our table each and every time and we appreciate her so much. Chef is always fantastic with accomodating requests and we just love this place. Thank you guys for always being wonderful and giving us such an awesome dining experience!

I ordered a sampler plate. There was very little cheese sauce on the Alfredo, the lasagna was way overcooked, tasted like it had been re-heated from previous day, and the cheese on top burned. The entire plate was not hot when served. Bread was ok, but again not hot and fresh. Waitress disappeared after serving our meal, no refills on water, we had to flag someone down to help us. Restaurant is very noisy, sound echos throughout. Just not a pleasant dining experience at all. Way overpriced for the quality and portion size. Won’t be going back.

The ambience is nice, but very noisy and difficult to hold a conversation. Bread and oil dipping sauce was brought to the table - 4 nice small loaves, but only enough sauce for 2 loaves. No more sauce was offered. I ordered hot tea, but that is not available, so I settled for coffee. It was good, but just warm. I ordered the Chef's Special which was very tasty with chicken and shrimp. My husband ordered the Shrimp Diavolo which he said tasted good, but was very spicy hot. We had to giggle at the spoon on the saucer with my coffee, it was huge! We will go again and try something else on the extensive menu. It was very crowded, which means it was good!

Very disappointed. Veal parm was tough and the sauce tasted like a jar of spaghetti sauce from the grocery store. Don’t let the new building fool you like they are authentic. They aren’t. Olive Garden is better…they really aren’t authentic either but better.

Worst experience ever! We thought the new location of Napoli’s would be a great change. It’s not. The service before was always bad -- servers nowhere to be found or messing up an order. But this experience was the worst of the worst! People who were seated after us were getting their drinks and salads before we even saw our server, Bella. She was completely inattentive, us having to flag her down for more water or a napkin. At the end of the meal, we couldn’t see her at all. All we wanted was our bill! We waited and waited. This was ridiculous! We got up and went to look for her. She was seated at the back of the restaurant with her back to us, folding napkins and silverware. If we weren’t already angry, that topped it off. She’s lucky she got the little tip she did. As far as the restaurant, they have significantly jacked up the prices. They no longer offer soup or salad with the meal. In fact, they don’t have soup at all. If you want a salad with your meal, you have to pay $5 for a garden salad or a Caesar salad. The garden salad is just lettuce and tomatoes. The Caesar salad is good, just smaller than what they served in the previous location. The food was hot and good, and their bread is always good. If you want another dish of their garlic basil oil dipping sauce, be prepared to pay for that too. Sure, the new place looks great but the customers sure are paying a pretty penny for it. We absolutely, positively, will not return!!!

I ordered linguine with clams, and it is the first time I have ever had canned clams at an Italian restaurant in this dish. It made the dish taste very bland and the clams were just chewy. When you pay that much for food you should be getting fresh clams.

We went for my birthday dinner tonight and enjoyed every mouthful! Husband had the Baked Ziti, I had the Spaghetti and Meatballs. Soup or salad and bread come with the dinner, so I had the Italian Wedding soup and he had the side salad. We enjoyed those with the hot and crusty bread knots dipped in olive oil. The entrees were top notch and proves simple dishes made expertly are the soul of Italian food. We finished the meal with tiramisu and good dark coffee. Jerry our waiter was great - always right on time with the food and his service was perfect. We have come to love this place and look forward to many more wonderful dishes here.

We moved to Rogers/Bentonville over three years ago. We have tried almost every Italian restaurant around. This is most definitely our go to place. Consistent every single time you order. Great menu selection and kids menu as well. Reasonable price and the servings are plenty to have take or share. It’s a great restaurant to stop in for a family birthday gathering or just drop in for a special occasion. Decor is Italian and the restaurant is always clean and staff is super friendly. Owner seems to always be there and checking on quality of food and guest. Guess most restaurant we find that have a 4 to 5 star rating this seems to be the case. Always management or owners ensuring guest are truly happy. That’s word of mouth and reviews !
