You brined your chicken way too long. Bought the chicken sandwich for my sister and couldn't eat it because it was too salty. Might need to change up your process on that one.

Burger was great - my only criticism would be to add more veggies but overall it was just right.
Fries are mediocre, or mid, as the kids say. Limp and uninteresting. Cajun fries were only slightly more seasoned than the sea salt fries.
The way they serve drinks is terrible. There is ONE soda fountain and it’s at the counter. So if you want a refill, hopefully there’s no line and an employee is able to see you (we stood waiting for a refill for a while and gave up).
The straws have literally the biggest diameter I’ve ever seen. I could fit my pinky inside there. I think they’re called Boba straws. Combine this with the tiny Sonic ice in the drinks and you’re sucking up about 50% ice, 50% soda into your mouth.
Finally, the prices are outrageous. A burger (with cheese and bacon), fries, and a drink is about $17 including tax. This place *might* be worth driving through getting a burger if you had a bag of Lay’s and your own soda to drink with it in the car.
Most of these issues are with how the franchise is designed - no issues with the friendliness of the employees during my visit.

I stop by Muse for lunch on my breaks from work all the time, and it’s always a great experience. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and fast, but what really keeps me coming back is the outstanding customer service.
Diego in particular goes above and beyond every single visit. He works incredibly hard, treats customers like friends, and always makes sure everything is just right. He’s friendly and genuinely cares about giving great service. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it makes a huge difference.
Muse has amazing burgers but honestly the customer service is even better.

I love muse but it’s unfortunately inconsistent. The fries aren’t always cooked enough, the burgers are made incorrectly sometimes, etc. It’s pretty expensive to take the gamble but it does have potential to be good.

Great food even better people, Diego and Ethan was the one working and they made the food great and the experience even better. I was visiting here and I am surprised more people aren’t eating here one of the best burgers I’ve had. You got to try this place!

Similar price, similar fries, similar burger to Five Guys — but hands down a way better experience here at Muse. The atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience were all on another level. Huge shoutout to Diego for his excellent customer service and genuine hospitality. He made the visit feel personal and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a very pleasant experience at Muse Burgers! The food was delicious, and the drive thru was fast. What really stood out, though, was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. Great service paired with great food makes this a spot I’ll definitely be returning to. Highly recommend!

Overpriced McDonald's. We went mainly to try the banana foster shakes but was told they were out of bananas, so that was pointless. Figured we would try it anyway and got the Muse original burgers; for $10+ there should be more on it than a few small crumbles of bacon and a small pinch of grilled onions. It was basically just a plain double cheese burger. Don't spend the extra $$. We also tried the fries and got 1 order of each. Wish there was some fry with the salt. I'm on a high salt diet and damn that was a lot. I got my weeks worth for sure. Almost as if they scraped the bottom of the day old pan. I don't usually leave reviews more than some stars but I would not recommend!! Horrible experience!

Shocked to see reviews from this place from 6 years ago, I was convinced it hadn’t fully opened yet because the lobby looks half finished and it seems like there’s only two people working here at lunchtime on a Saturday.
The food is solid, and the one cashier was doing their best all by themselves during a rush. But there has to be some managerial issues going on here. No napkins, either.
