Tried the Centerton location-I wanted so badly to like this place. Called the location & they told me they had a gluten free bun. Was told when I ordered they don’t. Got my burger wrapped in lettuce-patties were super dry. Fries were the highlight. Watermelon tea tasted like super strong sugary tea with synthetic watermelon flavor.

Get the chicken!! We’ve had the burgers twice and, while cleaner and fresher, the burger and fry flavor is lacking. The ‘Cajun’ seasoning would have Cajuns rolling over in their graves. :) The food is not bad by any means; cooked and prepared well, the flavors are consistently very mild.
So thought it would be a good idea to stop here given the reviews were decent. Turned out it was NOT a good idea. They got our burger orders wrong (gave us singles when we ordered doubles), our sea salt fries were soggy (I know they are natural cut fries but I mean come on), and our Cajun fries barely had any Cajun seasoning on them. We noticed after we drove home and called them. Not a I’m so sorry let’s make this right…just a “if you want to come back up here and bring your order we can take a look”. I honestly get there is little they can do, and understand that they can’t give money back without your card in hand, but it was just the tone and attitude of the guy on the phone (he couldn’t be bothered with it). No customer service! Overall very disappointing experience from a place that charges almost $10 for a burger and $4 for fries. Our total order $66, half of it was wrong…and all of it was a disappointment! Just beware!!

Why are more people not talking about this place. I deliver for spark and have delivered oil here before and I have seen a lot of kitchens on my deliveries and this is hands down the cleanest of them all. So we decided to try the food and were blown away. Great service great burger and we made the mistake of ordering the large fries and they could have fed 4. We will definitely be coming back.

I enjoy the food. The burgers are good and the toppings are fresh, but the patty is a bit thin. The fries are very good--crispier than Five Guys and just as generous in size. My problem is when there is a problem. I did an online order on July 4 via their website (backed by Toast) with no indication that the Walton Blvd location was closed except for a 8.5x11 sheet of paper on the drive thru window. I bailed out and headed to Five Guys, who were open across the street. What I really don't like is that Muse still charged my credit card. They did not answer my phone calls and did not reply to my message via their "Contact Us" page. Good thing my card didn't hesitate to void the transaction when I disputed the charge.
Bottom line is the food is really good but I'm done with them for their customer service failure.
Update: Soon after this review went live and perhaps coincidentally Muse just called me and offered a refund.

Sorry to be sacrilegious against my texas-based Whataburger, as well as the burger joint across the street, Muse is the best fastfood cheeseburger in Northwest Arkansas! And the chocolate shake maybe top five of all time.

First time to the Muse. It was good but a little over priced. Burger $11 fries $4 and a drink $3. Cheese $1. They also use an overpowering air freshener that made me sick before I could leave.

Milkshakes have been unavailable due to "broken machinery" since February and it is now May. Very disappointing because I could very easily make this a regular stop on my commute through the area. However, certain items on the menu are consistently not available despite being on menu. Hope this gets fixed soon.

I finally found a great burger place in NWA !! It has been so hard to find a burger place with clean ingredients and high quality protein. It costs a little more but it is so worth it for the quality. The place looked super clean and my cheeseburger and fries tasted awesome. We can't wait to go back !!
