The knowledgeable staff provides appropriate assistance and allows customers to taste wines before selecting their glass. Although Ramo d'Olivo is known for its vinegars and oils, the small plates do not currently feature any of these products. However, the mystery flights, with unique and excellent selections, make for a satisfying experience.
