FYI, after the 2024-25 remodel they No longer have fountain soda or syrup pump mix ins; they only offer three glass bottled sodas as of May 2026; Cane Sugar Coca-Cola, IBC Root Beer, & Grapette.
Spark café is a local treasure and there is good reason why. It's a beautiful little slice of Americana with the soda fountain vibe and the delicious (and super affordable) ice cream. I was especially excited to see they have lactose-free vanilla ice cream now, and for the same price. The staff are efficient and friendly, and the tables and floor are all kept tidy.
If you are in Bentonville and you like ice cream, this is a definite must visit. You can get a two big dip waffle cone for $3.60. You can get a sundae for around $4. They're banana splits are huge! I don't know how much those cost but I saw a young man with one. Based upon the prices of everything else here, I'm sure it's very inexpensive compared to other places.
