From the minute we walked in everyone who worked there was super friendly and attentive. The gluten free beer is as good if not better than any beer I’ve had in NWA. The gluten free pizza was great too! We will be back regularly! Thank you Jay and team!

We drove two-hours to try this place, and I’m so glad we did. I cannot say enough good things. Super friendly bartender, great food and craft beer, and a relaxing atmosphere. Best part is it is all gluten free! We will for sure be back.

AMAZING place and totally gluten free!! Everyone was so nice and the food was delicious! We ran in to pick up some pizza for a night in at the Airbnb as we were exhausted from hiking all day. We are here in Bentonville to celebrate our 30th anniversary and Stoic Brews made it particularly special. 🩷 Thanks guys, you rock!!!

Not only is the pizza fantastic, the gluten free dough is actually better than you could possibly imagine. Its better than every gluten filled dough in nwa, blew me away, goey soft airy bready delight 🏆

Great food and drinks! We joined on a trivia night and it was a very niche subject which was quite difficult! The space is small but has good flow. The host used a mic and speaker which made it more difficult to understand/hear in such a tight area. We will return on a non-event night for great bites and refreshing pours.
Amazing celiac safe pizza! I wasn't able to try any beer yet, but I definitely found my new celiac safe pizza spot moving forward. It was the first freshly prepared pizza I've had since my diagnosis and the crust did not disappoint 💯👌. Made me want to cry tears of happiness 🥲. Can't wait to try a fresh pretzel!

I'm a beer snob who goes to a lot of breweries. Stoic was my first gluten free Brewery. I took my wife, who does not eat gluten and can't usually have a beer with me. While the Memento Mori IPA left a little to be desired in the way of hoppiness, the stout was decent and all of the lighter beers were good (witbier, blonde, Intl lager) and were indistinguishable from beers with gluten. My favorite was the wit. We enjoyed the pretzel too. Better than most Brewery pretzel I've had lately.

Wonderful experience. Absolutely everything is gluten free and so good! We had the nachos and pepperoni pizza. They have the best kombucha on tap and mocktails. The customer service was fantastic! Perfection!

WOW! I’m forced to be gluten free, but even if I weren’t I’d still come here. Delicious beer with a wide variety of flavors (which is rare because most beer tastes like sewage), incredible appetizers, and stunning pizzas!

For the gluten free (GF) crowd this place has some good and some meh. I am not GF but my girlfriend is. So from a non-allergic person the beer is decent but pricey. The pizza is awesome. Best GF crust I've had with her. The hot honey was the downside, there was no hotness to it. The pretzel is overpriced in my opinion. It is mid at best. I wouldn't recommend it.
Service was friendly, outdoor space is nice. Appears to have a loyalty program that is spend $100 get $5 off. Would come back for pizza and beer but skip the pretzel.
Girlfriend said best GF crust she's had but disappointed there is no ciders.
