One of my favorite spots in town. The food and drinks are so fabulous and the service is exceptional as well. The entire experience feels very elevated. Highly recommend.
Fabulous place
I cannot express how grateful I am for this establishment. This is my second time to experience their service. They make every effort to make this experience a memorable experience. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will be returning, and will continue to recommend to friends and family. They put customer experience first. And their drinks and food only back that up. The ambiance is well-designed, creating a sense of stepping into another world, especially with the art gallery setup and carefully crafted decor.
The staff is consistently professional, respectful, and attentive, working diligently without distractions like phones. They are friendly and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and explaining details about the drinks and menu. Despite occasional staffing issues, the service remains excellent, with all employees contributing to a smooth experience.
The drink selection is impressive, with every cocktail tasting amazing and beautifully presented. Prices are fair, with cocktails under $20, and the quality exceeds expectations. Food at Callisto is equally outstanding, featuring incredible items like pork belly skewers, cauliflower, fried chicken, shrimp, and poke, all rated 10/10 by guests. The menu is creative and delicious, complemented by snacks such as hurricane popcorn.
Whether for a casual night out, date night, or girls' night, Callisto offers a perfect blend of ambiance, excellent food, and expertly crafted drinks. Visitors highly recommend and plan to return, valuing the bar’s unique setting, top-notch service, and high-quality offerings.
