The caviar service was absolute perfection creamy, fresh, and paired elegantly with warm blinis and crème fraîche

My wife and I were staying at The Compton for a weekend getaway and went to The Eddy for a drink. Caleb the bartender was phenomenal, he was so knowledgeable and very friendly. If you go to this bar ask for Caleb and his custom drinks.

Last night my wife and I stopped by The Eddy before my birthday dinner reservation and were immediately greeted by Logan and Al, the bartenders, who introduced themselves as soon as we sat down. They asked for our names and quickly made an effort to find out what brought us in. When they heard it was my birthday, they immediately offered me a birthday drink, which was a great touch.
Al and Logan were fantastic. The hospitality was phenomenal, the drinks were amazing, and these gentlemen made our evening very special. We had a great conversation and even got to try a few samples of drinks they are working on for the upcoming spring menu.
They made not only us but everyone around the bar feel welcome. Great job, gents. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to that spring menu. Thank you both for making my birthday a memorable one.

firstly, the service and atmosphere was amazing! our waiter was incredibly nice, quick and attentive. 10/10 on the service, and the vibes inside were intimate and there is a nice aesthetic to the furniture and decor.
mussels - 7.5/10
- good but there was a bit of spice that was overwhelming at times, but the sauce was delicious and the bread was toasted perfectly
tuna tartare - 6/10
- good quality, but the sauce overpowered the tuna
smoke and mirrors (x2) - 8.5
- strong taste of licorice, but if you like licorice/anise, it’s delicious
mora - 7/10
- when you read the ingredients- it reads like a flavored old fashioned but it’s more like a bourbon bramble, so it was unexpected, but the flavor was good and i loved the foam on top
rosato revival mocktail - 6.5/10
- refreshing and crisp but a strong flavor of ginger
espresso martini - 9/10, maybe even 10/10
- the quality of this drink is madness. significantly better than lady slipper. it’s well balanced, a good coffee flavor but you still get a hit of alcohol.
tiramisu - 7/10
- it’s a bit sweet, if you’re a lover of sweet tiramisu with lots of mascarpone, this would likely rate higher!

Great new place with a lively environment and very friendly staff. A couple different seating areas available. Went on a Friday night and managed to get seats by the time drinks were ready.
