Waited 10 minutes to place an order two people in front of me. Was so excited the buffet was back at this location - only to be told by a customer eating that the buffet did not include white meat. Left without ordering. ☹
We loved their buffet, they always refill the buffet station, good selections, as an Asian woman, I love rice and they have it, very rare I see rice at KFC but of course they have comfort food like delicious beans, macaroni and cheese, mashed potato, they have biscuit and gravy and their popular brown gravy. On top of that they also serve their famous coleslaw, salad bar and don't forget to save some room for cobbler and chocolate cake dessert! Jimmy, their manager is very friendly...read full review
🍗 KFC BUFFET IS BACK IN BERRYVILLE, ARKANSAS! 🍗
I heard that the KFC in Berryville had reopened its buffet, so naturally I had to make the trip over to check it out and confirm it for myself.
First impression pulling up: WOW. This is probably the nicest KFC I’ve ever seen—and definitely one of the largest. The building looks great from the outside, and when you walk in, the restaurant itself is just as impressive.

KFC is a restaurant that offers good food and great service. The kid-friendly establishment has a kid's menu and is accessible for wheelchair users with designated tables and a ramp. However, there have been some issues with the cleanliness of the men's restroom. There was a complaint about waiting for service due to one employee texting outside and a manager hiding in the office. The customer was only helped after the texting employee notified the manager. Another incident involved a customer being rude to the staff over BBQ sauce, despite the employees being described as nice and helpful. The restaurant has been noted for its cleanliness and friendly atmosphere, with a new manager who is described as tall and nice. Despite some challenges, the staff is praised for their work and kindness.
